I began working with Richard Yoerk and Express Personnel in 2001 as a key leader in business development. In 2003 I took over the day to day management and development for Rovers Security, a subsidiary of YS2 Group, the parent company of Express Personnel and Rovers Security. In May of 2007 I formed a new company named RS Managements Services Co., which for that year managed all of Rovers Security's event accounts. In the beginning of January 2008 RS Management Services Co. purchased Rovers Security Co.

Prior to Rovers Security, I served 3 ½ years in the United States Army National Guard where I applied discipline and motivation in my role as Squad Leader. Security experience was obtained through various field and garrison security details. Later I worked in sales both outside and in, then became the General Manager of a modeling agency, putting to use my management skills as well as sales and customer service.

I have worked closely with the Oregon Department of Public Security Standards and Training to insure that all Rovers Security officers are certified and trained as required by the State of Oregon. In addition, I have orchestrated an internal training program designed to keep our officers proficient at the state mandated skills, as well as offering new skills in customer service and numerous situational trainings developed to teach skills in handling threats and natural disasters.

I was born and raised in Portland Oregon, graduated from Benson High School attended Mt. Hood Community College and Portland Community College.

I am an Oregon native that grew up in the rural town of Newberg, about 30 minutes west of Portland. At the age of 10, I moved to Gladstone, OR where I attended middle school and high school, graduating in 1996. Upon graduation, I attended Oregon State University, where I studied both business administration and Japanese language. I decided to take a break from school in 1999 and found myself working various jobs, eventually finding my way into the restaurant industry. I worked as a server and assistant manager with different companies in Oregon, California and Washington, and have been working in that industry since 2001. In 2008, with some encouragement from my wife, I decided to finish my college education, so I enrolled at Portland State University where I studied Human Resource Management, earning my Bachelor's Degree in 2011.

I began working at Rovers in early 2012 as part of an internship to gain some real-world experience in the HR field. I returned to Rovers in 2013, and assumed the role of Human Resource Manager. I have been with the company ever since, and consider myself lucky to be part of such a wonderful team!

I am a huge sports fan and am very passionate about the Portland Trailblazers. I grew up idolizing Clyde, Terry, Jerome and the rest of the Blazers and have followed them closely through the years (even the bad ones). I love to enjoy the outdoors with my wife and kids so you might find us on the slopes of Mt. Hood in the winter or playing some disc golf in the summer.

I was born in Pendleton, Oregon; “Let 'er Buck!” Shortly after, my family moved to Hermiston, where I lived out my childhood until middle school when we settled in the small town of Stanfield, Oregon. Stanfield is a one-stoplight, everyone knows everyone, quad-riding in the middle of the road, and horses are vehicles kinda town. Growing up in that community helped shape my values of hard work, respect, and integrity. I began my career-life in retail and customer service, which laid a strong foundation for the people-focused approach I carry into my leadership today. Before joining Rovers Security, I served in the U.S. Air Force as Security Forces (Military Police), an experience that was both challenging and life-changing.

When I first started here at Rovers in 2017, I knew no one, but the company camaraderie quickly changed that! First starting at a gate access post in Boardman, Oregon. From there, I advanced to patrol roving officer, then I was promoted to supervisor, and soon after I was entrusted with leading a brand-new contract as Site Supervisor—an invaluable learning experience. About a year later, I was promoted to Assistant Manager, taking on additional administrative duties. I also became a certified DPSST instructor to support our training needs, and I continue to oversee all DPSST matters for the Eastern Oregon Branch.

I was then elevated to Operations Manager, where I managed scheduling and guided our leadership team. As of October 1st, 2025, I was honored to step into my current role as Branch Manager for the Eastern Oregon Branch, overseeing all operations, client relations, personnel management, and branch performance. I take pride in maintaining strong partnerships with our clients and ensuring our branch consistently delivers dependable, high-quality service.

I'm fortunate to lead an exceptional leadership team—each member plays a vital role in our success. We operate as a cohesive, well-coordinated unit built on trust, communication, and shared accountability. I run a tight, organized, everything-is-labeled ship—and so do they. I couldn't do what I do without them, and I'm deeply grateful for their commitment and teamwork every day.

I'm thankful for everyone who has supported me along the way, some of whom are part of this incredible company. It's an honor to grow within Rovers Security and to serve alongside such dedicated professionals.

I began working with R.S. Management Co. in 2007, as a communications specialist. Between all the staff and multiple job sites, it's no easy task keeping fifty mobile phones working properly. It is an ongoing duty. I've always been a people person, and I strive on customer relations. Therefore, needless to say, I absolutely love what I do. Prior to R.S. Management, I had several different jobs ranging from performing car maintenance to being a licensed chiropractic assistant, an auditor, and an interpreter. The list of different positions and responsibilities that I've been a part of is not short by any means. However, I keep going back to Customer Relations, and I pride myself in this department. Present me with a problem and I will find a solution. I am a proud wife of an entrepreneur and a mom of two amazing girls. When not working, I'm spending time with my family, reading, or gardening.

I graduated high school in 2004 and began my working life by joining the U.S. Navy. I served as a parachute rigger aboard the U.S.S. Kitty Hawk (cv-63) in Yokosuka, Japan. Upon completion of my tours, I returned home to Portland, Oregon. I began work as a supervisor with an exterior building maintenance company in 2007. During that time I was responsible for 3 different crews of 4 individuals. I heard about Rovers Security from a friend in 2009, and have been with the company ever since.

I was raised in the south with strong southern values. During my time in the Navy, I learned that through teamwork, success is inevitable. One of my mottos' is: We succeed as a team or we fail as a team. Adaptability and being able to overcome obstacles is one of my strong points, and is a necessity to work at Rovers Security. No matter how unique our clients' needs are, we will succeed through our teamwork and communication.

I was born in Ontario, Oregon, and raised in the small town of Arlington, Oregon, with a population of just 500. I take great pride in my small-town roots and the strong sense of community that guided me through high school and my time serving on the Arlington Fire Department.

After attending Western Oregon University, I transitioned to Rovers Security in 2019. Working across all of Rovers' Boardman and Hermiston sites, I quickly adapted and thrived—finding fulfillment in the company's supportive culture and the close relationships it fosters among its team members.

In June 2021, I was promoted to Supervisor, where I excelled in overseeing multiple sites and demonstrated strong leadership and operational skills. This success led to another advancement in 2023, when I was invited to step into the role of Assistant Manager.

As Assistant Manager, my responsibilities included managing inventory for all Boardman sites, ensuring each site had the necessary resources while maintaining cost efficiency. I also oversaw access control operations, managing the flow and security of hundreds of vehicles, and worked closely with team members to promote collaboration and service excellence. Alongside our Eastern Oregon senior leadership team, I continually strived to enhance our service delivery for both clients and internal staff.

At the end of 2025, I was again promoted—this time to Operations Manager, the position I proudly hold today. In this role, I oversee scheduling, branch expense tracking, and employee performance monitoring; while leading our supervisors to ensure they embody the Rovers standard of professionalism and integrity. My focus remains on upholding our company's high expectations, fostering accountability, and ensuring all employees conduct themselves in the Rovers way.

I've lived in Oregon my entire life. After I graduated high school in 2008 I had various jobs before joining Rovers in 2013. I heard about them from a friend who worked for Rovers and knew that I had an interest in working security. After working corporate sites for several years I became a supervisor in 2016. I have enjoyed my time here and have gained a lot of valuable experience. Outside of work I am a pretty big sports nerd. I'm a huge fan of the Blazers and Ducks. Still waiting for a championship. I love playing basketball and I'm able to play at open gyms a couple of times per week.

I currently serve as an Assistant Manager for the Eastern Oregon Branch, specializing in vehicle maintenance, management, and overseeing all company vehicle operations within the branch. With a lifetime of hands-on experience working on vehicles, I have developed extensive knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance. My passion for vehicles began in my youth and has only deepened over the years, making my expertise a valuable asset to our team.

While vehicles are a primary focus of my role, I place equal importance on customer service—not only for our clients and customers but also for my fellow coworkers. I believe that how we treat one another is vital, as our actions reflect the values of our company. For that reason, I always strive to lead by example and foster a respectful, supportive work environment.

In addition to managing daily operations—both vehicle-related and administrative—I remain dedicated to upholding the highest standards of vehicle quality, as well as customer, client, and employee satisfaction across the Eastern Oregon Branch. One of my proudest personal achievements is the full restoration of a 1946 Chevy, a project I undertook with my father after discovering the vehicle in a junkyard. That experience not only reflects my technical skills but also my deep appreciation for craftsmanship and perseverance.

Outside of work, I enjoy video games and outdoor excursions, particularly camping, where I find balance and inspiration. My dedication to both personal passions and professional growth continue to drive my success and contribution to the company.

I started with Rovers in March of 2012. I have worked most of our corporate sites and events. In October of 2015, I was asked if I would join our Supervisor team. I gladly accepted and have worked as a supervisor for both our corporate sites and events. I recently accepted a new challenge with the company, becoming Assistant Field Manager, and look forward to the adventure ahead of me.

I have had many jobs over the years; from retail sales, to driving truck across the United States. Every job has had its challenges, both good and bad. Rovers is one of the few companies I have worked for that I feel is more than just a job. I am grateful for having the opportunity to work for and grow with them.

I am currently proudly serving as a supervisor for Rovers Security in Pendleton at St Anthony’s, a critical access hospital serving rural Eastern Oregon. I manage the team, coordinate operations, and ensure the safety and integrity of its clients/properties. This role continues to strengthen my leadership, situational awareness, and crisis management abilities that I’ve developed for over two decades.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Fitness Management from George Fox University, where my passion for movement, health, and performance first took root. As a lifelong multisport athlete and coach, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others reach their full potential, both on and off the field with an emphasis on community and outreach.

My professional background also spans into real estate, construction and leadership. I have extensive past experience with Northwest Premier Realty, focusing on property acquisition, development, and design. As a current licensed realtor, contractor, and finish carpenter, I bring both ethical strategic insight and hands-on expertise to every project I take on.

Earlier in my career, I served as an analyst for the State of Oregon’s Public Health Division, where I spent several years on contract supporting administrative operations and policy development. That role sharpened my analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills. Tools I continue to apply in every facet of my work today.

With additional training in information technology and systems design, I approach every project with organization, innovation, and precision. Ultimately, at the heart of everything I do is a drive to connect people, build strong foundations, and create safe spaces- physical, personal, or professional. I believe this is where growth can thrive and evolve.

Starting as a Security Officer, I advanced through reliability and consistent performance. Over the years, I have developed strong expertise in access control, surveillance monitoring, incident reporting, and risk assessment, while maintaining composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.

As a Supervisor with Rovers, I oversee daily operations, train and mentor officers, help prepare schedules, and conduct regular site inspections. I take pride in fostering a positive team culture that promotes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while working closely with management, clients, and local authorities to ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

My career has strengthened my communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, and I believe effective security management is built on trust, respect, and proactive prevention. Outside of work, I value discipline and personal growth—principles that guide me daily. My long-term goal is to continue advancing within the company and to help Rovers Security uphold its reputation for excellence and reliability.

Originally from the Beaverton area, I spent my early years working in a variety of customer service and technical support roles, including telemarketing and Tech Support call center positions. I moved to Union County (La Grande) in 2007, where I worked in group homes supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and later in local manufacturing.

I joined Rovers Security in the beginning of 2022 and was assigned to the Grande Ronde Hospital site in Eastern Oregon. From day one, I was fortunate to be welcomed by a great team and quickly learned the ropes of hospital security. After about three and a half years, I was promoted to Supervisor in June 2025.

I take pride in helping maintain a safe, professional environment for staff, patients, and visitors alike, and I look forward to continuing to grow and serve with Rovers for many years to come.

I began my journey with Rovers as an event staff member, where I quickly grew to appreciate the people I worked alongside and the way the company operates. This positive experience inspired me to transition into a full-time role in 2020, shortly after graduating from high school. I first learned about Rovers through my older sister, Bailey, who served as an Event Supervisor at the time.

Over the years, I have been grateful for the opportunities to grow within the company, gradually taking on greater responsibilities—from Lead to Supervisor. I remain committed to serving Rovers to the best of my ability and hope to continue progressing into a managerial role in the near future.
